Leaving Home

Leaving Home is the story about two brothers Dave and Garry that have lived in fear of their alcoholic parents. On Garry’s 15th birthday they are pushed to the limit and are forced to leave home to a life on the streets. Dave and Garry wonder the streets begging and doing what they have to for money to afford the necessities. Dave the older brother is optimistic and tries to keep Garry in good spirits, whilst Garry is the more pessimistic and thinks nothing will ever get better. One day they go to get some food from the corner shop after having pick pocketed a guy and Dave hears on the radio that the lotto is at a 4 million roll over jackpot. After having all their money taken they realise they have a ticket, but is it a winning ticket?
