Pixilation stage 3

We were now at our last stage of creating this video where we were shown how to add it to a timeline to create the images in to a animation and add music to it using the program PremierPro. This is where we got in to class and the folder we had saved all our files from the previous lesson had gone. which we realised was due to the fact we saved the pictures on to the desktop and not in to our own folder. so we had to re-do all of stage 2.
once again we were making stupid mistakes as we were trying to get it done as quickly as possible to try and get on to start creating the timeline and the final part of our project. We also came across another problem this time, everytime we tried to save it didnt want to save the pictures, we tried on another computer but still had problems and thought at this point it was a better idea to meet up in a couple of days and try again and if the same problem still occured to go to the surgery.

Pixilation stage 2

In the next seminars our group had to upload, resize and adjust anything we wernt happy with using photoshop on the pictures we had taken, ready to be put on a timeline to be played as a video. we encountered a few small problems with this, but these were mainly from my error such as forgetting to resize the image before setting up all the photos to follow the action. we also had a problem with setting up all the pictures to do as the action said for instance it kept stoping on the same image half way through saying it could not continue but after changing computer this problem seemed to go away. so on the whole this seemed to work out quite well. Here are some of the pictures after i had resized and modified them in photoshop:

Pixilation stage 1

For the second assignment i was put into a group of 4 and then we were told we had to create a 30 second long still picture animation using 12 frames a second. At first we rushed off to try and get it started but then realised we spent ages deciding what to do so we called it a day. we then met up on an afternoon after deciding what we wanted to do and a vague idea of where we were going to do it. After a couple of hours we had managed to get the number of photos needed for the project.

Whiteboard Animation

We had our first assignment on the 4th October, which was to create an animation using a whiteboard and a digital camera. We had very few guidelines in what we could actually do with this. These were that we had to start with a tree in the middle of the frame and a box on the left hand side of it which we had to get to the other side in anyway possible. In our group we chose what we were going to do with it and got on with the work.

The final production is at http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7ugv-ZZ2jCU 2.05 minutes into it. if you would like to comment any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
