I filled out a Health and Safety form which I tried to show to debs the following day. She said she didn't have time but to come on Friday, I went on Friday and she took the forms and said to get them from her next week. I some changes to make.

Client Project - Health and Safety Forms

The Natural Ites were having another rehearsal tonight and so we went to it to get the health and safety forms signed and filled in. I then typed them up.

I took the form in to get Debs (tutor) to sign. She told me to make the following amendments:
